The fifth South African Business Ethics Survey 2019

The Ethics Institute has released the outcome of its latest thought leadership research undertaking, the South African Business Ethics Survey, or SABES, 2019. Over 2 000 professionals from 19 different companies across various industries participated, answering questions on their perception of ethics in the place where they work.

The definitive finding of the survey was that ethics accountability and responsibility, leadership commitment to ethics and middle-management commitment to ethics accounted for approximately 53% of the change in overall ethical culture.
