Summary

Reconsideration of the Pension Fund Adjudicator’s decision in terms of s 230 of the Financial Sector Regulation Act 9 of 2017 (FSR Act). Application falls properly to be dismissed on account of the applicant’s non-compliance with the provisions of s 230(2)(b) of the FSR Act inasmuch as the application was brought after the lapse of a 90-day period of the date of the impugned decision and the absence of a showing of irrationality, unlawfulness or illegality attaching to the impugned decision.
