The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has warned the public to act with caution when dealing with OptionPlus500 (Pty) Ltd. This firm is not authorised in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 to render any advice and intermediary services. An individual named Maggie Brand is purporting to act for this firm and claims to be affiliated with Plus500AU Proprietary Limited, FSP No 47546. Plus500AU (Pty) Ltd has confirmed that no connection exists between them and the said individual. Read the full FSCA release here

Although still in its infancy, the term agentic AI is being heard more frequently. It refers to AI that can act autonomously to achieve goals, make decisions, and adapt to changing environments with minimal human intervention.
