Insurance Banana Skins survey results released for the global insurance industry

Insurance Banana Skins is a piece of research conducted by the Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation (CSFI), an independent think tank, in association with PwC. It's a survey of insurers and seeks out their views on current risk and future trends. The survey polls over 900 insurance practitioners and industry observers in 53 countries worldwide, to find out where they saw the greatest risks over the next two to three years.

The top 10 responses from South African insurers were as follows (The previous survey rankings are shown in brackets.):
