Across the financial services sector, businesses are mandating a return to the office after several years of hybrid working. From investment banks to asset managers, financial advice businesses and insurers, leaders are increasingly insisting that employees spend the majority, if not all, of their working week on-site. While hybrid models were once hailed as the future of work, many businesses are rethinking this position.
